105k SF HQ Named Change Champion

The Near Northwest District applauded Stewart Tubular Products this month, naming its 105k SF HQ and manufacturing building a Change Champion for the area. Stewart Tubular had consolidated multiple locations into the facility at 5951 N Houston Rosslyn, which also doubled its capacity. The District's Change Champions are commercial property owners or businesses that are transforming the Near Northwest through new development or property improvements. It selects a new designee each quarter. The District has attracted $100M in new development and redevelopment in the last year.
