HFF’s Cortney Cole secured acquisition financing for Haven at Westgreen, a newly built, 225-unit Class-A apartment community in Katy. Cortney’s team repped a JV of CAF Capital Partners, The Rainier Cos and an unnamed party to place the three-year, floating-rate bridge loan with PCCP.

Jason Tramonte Jr. and Kristen Johnson are opening Tramonte + Johnson, an architectural, planning and interior design services firm. Jason’s portfolio includes Nabors Industries – Odessa and Saudi Arabia Campus, Friedkin Cos’ corporate office and Texas Women’s University School of Nursing, Houston. Kristen has done more than 1M SF of interiors projects, including with Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, Friedkin Cos, NetIQ and Memorial Hermann.

HITT Contracting acquired Trademark Construction. The new 55-employee office will operate as Trademark HITT in Houston and will be led by Chris Hines.

Houston-based Coats Rose Yale Ryman & Lee merged with Wright Ginsberg Brusilow, increasing its staff by 23%. In the merger, it’s shortening its name to Coats Rose.
