The Tysons boom is a development success story for the ages. Having grown from what was once a collection of office parks to a census-designated place with a sprawling skyline, the area has a lot to brag about.
As we look at 1.5M SF of office under construction, 1,800 multifamily units to deliver, and massive mixed-use developments in the pipeline, the area shows no signs of slowing down.
With a few years of booming development, is the market fully built?
How much more construction does the market need to see? Northern Virginia is poised for growth, but is it growing quick enough to meet the supply being delivered? Building a city requires expert navigation.
