What is Bisnow’s refund policy?
We offer full refunds on orders within 24 hours of the purchase. After 24 hours, we offer credits in the form of a promo code that can be used on any event in the next year. You have up until midnight before the day of the event to cancel your registration. Once this window has passed, we are unable to offer any change to your registration. Please email us at email@example.com if you need to cancel your registration. *ADD THIS TO ALL RECEIPT/REMINDER EMAILS
Can I purchase tickets for someone else and change the name later?
Yes, you may change the name on your event tickets and send someone else at any time. In your confirmation email / reminder email you will find the option to “modify tickets.” This will allow you to edit the information on your ticket information and it will update on our end.
What is an attendee list? Do I have to buy it?
An attendee list is a list that contains the Name, Company, and Job Title of all of the attendees of the event. The list is optional, feel free to click “do not add” if you do not want to purchase it.
I purchased the attendee list, when will I receive it?
The lists are not available until 1-2 days before the event (fact check this). Once you purchase the list, you will see the release date in your email confirmation and you will receive an email with the list attached in that email.
Can I purchase the attendee list later or after the event?
Yes, you may purchase an attendee list after you’ve already purchased a ticket or after the event has taken place. Please refer to your email confirmations to access a link that says “purchase attendee list here.” Should we develop a more efficient way for them to purchase the list at a later date?
Do I need an account to purchase a ticket / what is the benefit to having an account?
No, you may purchase a ticket as a guest. If you’d like to create an account, you may do so by clicking “create new account” and create an email and password login. Creating an account will allow you to view your past orders, keep your payment info saved to your account, and access purchased attendee lists in your account.
How do I cancel my ticket?
To cancel your ticket, email us @eventregistration before the event. Per our refund policy here (hyperlink), you have up until midnight the day before the event.
Can I change my registration once the event has taken place?
Once the event has taken place, we do not offer credits or refunds of any kind. Per refund policy here (hyperlink)
When will I receive my physical ticket?
Because we are a digital media company, we do not give out physical tickets. Once you receive a confirmation email, we have you as a registered attendee and you will have a name tag waiting for you at the door.
What is a promo code? How do I obtain one?
Our promo codes are given out to our speaker, sponsors, and on promotional days. All other guests fall under general admission attendees.
What does "do not honor mean?”
If you are getting this error message, it means that your card is getting declined. Please ensure that each field is correct and free of any extra spaces. If you are still receiving this message, we recommend calling your bank and using a different card to complete your order.
Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
Yes, we do offer the option to purchase a ticket at the door. Please be advised that ticket prices are subject to increase for day-of registration.
What time does the event start?
You may find all pertinent information about your event on the event page by visiting www.bisnow.com/events and searching for your event page. Please refer to the “agenda” section at the bottom of the event page for a detailed time and panelist schedule.
Am I registered for this event?

I’m not seeing a venue location, when are venues posted?
Our event venues are typically released on our website 4 weeks prior to the event. If you are not seeing a venue listed yet, there may be a delay in the venue confirmation. Please continue to check our website for the venue posting.
Can I pay by check or be invoiced later?
No, our event registration system is entirely paperless. We only accept credit card payments online, over the phone, or at the door.
