Mr. Sean Maskell serves as President of Cologix Canada at Cologix, Inc. He has over 16 years of experience in Telecommunication and Data Facility Operations. He founded Telehouse Centre Canada in 2004, which quickly became the fastest growing carrier neutral facility in Toronto over the next 8 years. Through Sean's vision and leadership, Telehouse has modeled a more efficient data center that reduces operational costs, while escalating facility reliability and customer experience. He continues to provide leadership and strategic direction for the Toronto and Vancouver locations to ensure Cologix customers receive the highest level of services to meet their most demanding applications. Mr. Maskell is an active volunteer in his community and holds a degree from Niagara College, along with sales/management certifications.

Dave built three profitable companies, advised eight more, and took one to Y Combinator Startup School. Dave has a vested interest in businesses spanning across industry lines—from machine learning, car sharing, private equity, and everything in between. No matter the space, his role remains the same throughout: Design a profitable business architecture, and find the quickest path toward sustainable growth.

Jeff is the head of Mintz’s Real Estate and Communications practices in the firm’s New York office. A general commercial real estate attorney for 40 years, his real estate practice includes development, acquisitions, sales, financing for borrowers, and leasing. During the past 35 years, he has developed a unique specialty practice in the intersection of real estate with technology, communications, and energy issues. He has extensive experience in data centers, collocation facilities, distributed and in-building antenna systems, rooftop antennas, fiber-optic transactions, radio and television broadcast antennas, and the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also been involved in government service for many years, including, most recently, as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He holds a JD from New York University and a BA from Columbia University.

Brad joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2020 and has over 40 years of experience in the real estate, information technology and telecom sectors. He is the Managing Partner of C&Ws largest team, a highly specialized group made up of uniquely qualified real estate brokers and other professionals all of whom understand the specialized requirements of mission critical environments. The team’s data center expertise covers site selection, risk analysis, portfolio strategy, strategic planning, and account management. Prior to joining C&W, Brad was CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, one of the largest members of the Sotheby’s International Realty Network. With 600 team members in 32 offices across Canada, Sotheby’s provided luxury residential brokerage services valued at over $5B in client transactions annually. Prior to Sotheby’s, Brad was Regional Managing Director for CBRE with P&L responsibilities for $150M revenue and 1,200 employees in Canada and the North Central US. Service line responsibility included; transaction management, project management, facilities management, strategic consulting as well as accounting and administration functions. In addition to his considerable experience in real estate, Brad also spent over a decade in the ITT industry most recently as President of Gibraltar Solutions, an IT solution provider specializing in virtualization, remote access and cloud computing. Prior to that he was Group Vice President & General Manager at TELUS Communications where he was responsible for TELUS’ IT management and contact center outsourcing business in the Philippines, Singapore and Korea, TELUS’ Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing Service and TELUS’ Non-ILEC operations in Ontario & Quebec. The three groups had combined revenue of $800M and 6,000 employees. Brad graduated a member of the Dean Honor Roll from York University in Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He also holds an Institute of Corporate Directors Designation ICD.D from the Rotman School of Management. Key Assignments Through his many roles and years of service, Brad has provided comprehensive services to many enterprise organizations such as Ameriprise, Carlson, Comerica, HPE, IBM Canada, Infrastructure Ontario (Ontario Government), Government of Canada, RBC Royal Bank, State of Ohio, TD Bank and Volkswagen of America to name a few.

Technical leader with overall 15+ years of extensive experience in Cloud solution and security architecture, CIAM, Identity Cloud, Okta, CyberSecurity, DevSecOps, Cloud Native, Kubernetes - CKA, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure & PaaS, Oracle Access Management, Cloud security posture management, SIEM and SOAR integrations with Oracle Cloud Guard, Azure Sentinel and SCIM and OAuth multi-cloud integrations with Azure AD. With 15+ years in Oracle Corp and having experience in managing and leading teams for federal and provincial govt. Telco, retail customers on cloud and security projects, cloud architecture and implementation, SOC management, Prod Support, building relationships & ops management. I am Canadian citizen with security clearance. I have strong experience in account management, problem solving, implementation support, customer services, strategy building, operations management, performance management & leading teams. My role involves coordinating with the key client stakeholders and executive management during various stages of engagement from inception until the post-production support. Continuous enforcement and maintenance of stable security posture and minimize the threat landscape. The activities involve leading a team for successful CIAM & cloud security implementation by leading the planning, design, architecture (Zero Trust), risk assessments, pen tests reviews & work closely with leadership teams for building strategic security measures and directions across the organization. This also involves migrating brownfield application to the cloud securely keeping in mind the cybersecurity CIA principles considering customer priorities & budgets, conducting project periodic reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, 24/7 attack surface monitoring, reporting, proactive engagements on critical KPI’s & Continuous support for ensuring reliability. I am a speaker and loves to share Cloud, Network & CIAM Security-based experiences in various Cloud & Cybersecurity Expo held in Chicago, Dallas & Toronto. I am a CKA with implementation and Site Reliability experience in CIAM, Middleware & k8s for customers implementing CI/CD pipelines for their (multi-)cloud, hybrid or on-premise implementations. The implementation involves OKE, GKE (k8s engines) using Terraform scripts, setup Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring the domain. Supporting CIAM implementation solutions as PaaS aswell as on premise. Oracle Access Management, OAG, OUD, OID, x509, MFA, OAuth integration with IDCS (Oracle Identity Cloud Service) & other IdaaS solutions like Okta.

Jon Pettitt is a highly experienced, successful and well-regarded business leader within the data center Industry. Since 2011 Jon held the position of Vice President of data center for EMEA & APAC, specialising in data center cooling solutions and energy efficient systems for the Munters data center business area, Jon has over 15 years of extensive knowledge of HVAC projects for data centres and critical facilities. His background has included employment at York International and Johnson Controls.
