Corrine Dorazio, Vice President, Leasing, Dream Office REIT, has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry managing office and retail portfolios (for both existing and design build development), acting as ownership and on behalf of multiple ownership partners, being responsible for all aspects of leasing performance.

As the Vice President, Leasing for Dream, Corrine is responsible for the marketing and leasing strategy related to all office and retail properties across the country (over 40 buildings and 4 development projects in the aggregate of 6.5 million sf). Corrine provides management oversight of the leasing team and all lease transactions nationally. In addition to her work at Dream, Corrine is an active participant in the industry with various associations, SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), and NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks).

Prior to joining KingSett Jamie spent 13 years at Oxford Properties. In his time at Oxford he served in successive roles with the office leasing team and worked closely with other Oxford teams for acquisition, disposition and development of office properties. He began his career in real estate with the Office Leasing group at Cushman & Wakefield, working in the Downtown Toronto Office.

Jamie holds a BA in International Relations from UBC and a MA in International Relations from the University of Toronto.

Andrew Joyner leads Tricon Residential’s Canadian multi-family rental business. In this role, he designs and implements strategy, sources investment opportunities and oversees teams responsible for business plan execution, including development, construction and ongoing asset management. In addition, Mr. Joyner manages senior relationships with joint venture partners.

Prior to joining Tricon in 2016, Mr. Joyner worked at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in Toronto, where he focused on real estate transactions across a number of asset classes throughout North America. Prior to that, he worked at Hines in London, UK, where he was responsible for property acquisitions and investment management of core, core-plus and opportunistic real estate strategies throughout Western Europe. In addition, Mr. Joyner previously worked at Goldman Sachs in New York in the investment banking division.

Mr. Joyner has a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Queen’s University, from which he graduated with distinction, and is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Joyner is a member of the Multi-Family Council of the Urban Land Institute.

Claudio Costantino

Claudio Costantino joined Sonder in June 2018. In his role as Director of Real Estate, Claudio is based in Toronto and oversees the company’s investment, leasing, and development activities throughout his region. Claudio’s responsibilities include developing & executing strategy, sourcing opportunities for value creation across various CRE asset types, underwriting the development of new hotel assets, prospecting new strategic partnerships across each of his markets, and working directly with stakeholders to navigate the complex approvals process for Sonder’s unique & innovative business. During his tenure at Sonder, Claudio has grown the business to a portfolio of over 450,000 square feet in Ontario, and he has recently taken leadership of the company’s growth in the Michigan market as well. Prior to Sonder, Claudio’s past experience includes a background in commercial leasing, as well as the development and sales of resort communities throughout Central America. Claudio also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from York University.

As Senior Vice President, Development, Core & Opportunistic Strategies, Kathy Black is responsible for the investment activities of the Ontario and Western Canada portfolios for all Fiera Real Estate Canadian funds. In addition to prospecting new potential partners, Kathy analyzes investment opportunities and leads, conducts due diligence, and collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Kathy joined the real estate industry in 2003, focusing on real estate developments of various asset classes. She has overseen projects totaling more than $2.3 billion for a combined total of 12,000 residential units. Working with various municipalities and the unique policy challenges they face, Kathy’s expertise pertains to municipal approval processes, land purchase and project feasibility, land zoning, site specific planning, and development and project management. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.

Gurveer Kehal joined Hazelview Investments in February 2020. In his current role, Gurveer is responsible for Hazelview’s global direct real estate and private equity investments for all real estate asset classes, including overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, developments, execution of value creation strategies and investment reporting.

Gurveer has over 8 years of experience in investment management across many asset classes. Prior to joining Hazelview, Gurveer worked at CI Investments as an Associate Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst where he assisted in managing global equity and global balanced fund products across sectors including real estate. Prior to this, he worked for CIBC Global Asset Management as a Research Analyst in Canadian Equities.

Gurveer holds a Master of Finance from Cambridge University, a Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Gavin Cheung joined CentreCourt in 2016 and has held progressively challenging and elevated positions within the company. He has led numerous high-rise development projects to industry-leading outcomes including ZEN King West, Transit City, The Forest Hill and 55 Mercer. During his tenure at CentreCourt, Gavin has played key leadership roles across numerous operational areas of the company including sales, finance, development, and construction. Prior to joining CentreCourt, Gavin worked in Toronto in private equity and investment banking at a major Canadian bank, where he was involved in underwriting, financing, and advising public and private real estate entities. Gavin is a Board Member of Hold’em for Life Charity Challenge, a non-profit organization that has raised in excess of $37M for cancer research and other worthwhile charitable initiatives. He is currently the Co-Chair for the Real Estate Industry Hold’em for Life event which raises more than $2M annually for cancer research initiatives at Mount Sinai Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital.

Michael was a partner with the law firm of Aird & Berlis, specializing in corporate and

real estate finance.

Michael is the Founder, a Trustee and the President & CEO of Allied Properties REIT, a

leading owner, manager and developer of distinctive urban workspace in Canada’s major

cities. Allied went public in February of 2003 with assets of $120 million and a local

urban-office portfolio of 820,000 square feet. Allied now has assets of $5.8 billion and a

national urban-office portfolio of over 12 million square feet.
