Diego is responsible for analyzing and structuring LD&D's investments and overseeing all asset management activities for LD&D's portfolio. He brings extensive experience in real estate development and investment, having previously worked at The Carlyle Group in the US Real Estate Fund, where he was involved in over $2B of development and investment projects. During his time at Carlyle, he contributed to the development of more than 700 high-end residential units in the New York City area. Prior to that, Diego was an Associate on the Real Estate Finance team at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he played an active role in the repositioning of the $500M Conrad Hotel in NYC and provided development and investment analysis for several of Goldman Sachs' real estate assets.

Diego holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as a Wharton Fellowship Scholar, with a triple major in Real Estate, Finance, and Management, and a Certificate in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He also holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. Diego is a LEED Accredited Professional and has consulted with the Miami Downtown Development Authority (DDA) on resilience and climate change.

Ari Ravi joined RIPCO Real Estate in December 2022 with a focus on single-tenant and multi-

tenant investment sales.

Ari entered the commercial real estate industry at Prudential Commercial Real Estate – Florida

in 2008, where he specialized in the sale and leasing of office and retail assets throughout the

Tampa Bay MSA. In 2013, Ravi joined Marcus & Millichap as a sales agent before transitioning

to Regional Manager, achieving year-over-year revenue growth for the firm every year.

In 2019, Ravi joined CBRE advising clients on the disposition/acquisition of multi and single-

tenant retail and office assets. Since 2021, Ravi has successfully executed transactions

exceeding $250 million on behalf of his clients.

A graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, Ravi also attended

Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa. Outside of his professional pursuits, he dedicates time

to his family and actively engages in charitable initiatives focused on education for underserved

youth and providing mental health support for veterans.

Jon Paul (“JP”) brings nearly 20 years of experience to his role as Director of Architecture for Ryan A+E’s Southeast Region. Serving as the design and project director, he is responsible for managing a talented team of designers and helping to lead the project from its initial idea through execution.

While JP is well-versed across project types, he has devoted much of his professional career to healthcare. Creating a space that is comforting at some of our most vulnerable times in life, a place that welcomes children into the world, that houses systems and infrastructure to save lives and is operationally efficient has not only rewarding to him but has fostered and developed many of the skill sets that are applicable to every type of building project he works on. As Managing Director, Jeff is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Florida development, including site acquisitions, entitlements, new construction, and asset management. Prior to Kolter, Jeff managed the construction, asset management, and disposition of all Transit Oriented Development along the Brightline High-Speed Rail at Florida East Coast Industries.

Jeff received his BS with concentrations in entrepreneurship and real estate from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. Jeff is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Jessica Barnes leads client relations and advisory services for Bozzuto Management Company in growth markets across the southeast. As Vice President of Client Services, she collaborates with real estate leaders to leverage Bozzuto’s strategic insights and decades of experience to deliver transformative places with enduring value.

Before her return to Bozzuto in 2023, Jessica spent more than four years with Strategic Property Partners, the private development firm behind Water Street Tampa, a transformative $4B, 56-acre mixed-use development. As Vice President of Asset Management and Vice President of Marketing, she played a critical role in successfully bringing one of the nation’s largest and most ambitious projects to market. Prior to SPP, Jessica held several leadership roles at Bozzuto, most recently overseeing the brand development and go-to-market strategies for more than 15,000 units across the country as the Senior Director of Brand Development.

Jessica’s unique perspective at the intersection of real estate brand strategy, development and asset management allows her to see projects through the lens of a consumer, an operator, and an owner throughout the entire development lifecycle. With a strong track record of success in her 10+ years of experience in multifamily and mixed-use real estate, she is a trusted strategic advisor to developers, investors and asset managers across the country.

In addition to these notable projects, Genevieve has successfully introduced many new clients and opportunities to Suffolk’s Tampa office and has made introductions for business leads in other Florida markets, as well.

Genevieve is on the Board of REIC this year and sits of several committees including: Tampa Downtown Partnership - SSD Advisory Committee, Membership and Programs for Urban Land Institute, HLUD for the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce, and Hillsborough Education Foundation Annual Fishing Tournament. Outside of the office, she supports multiple community causes such as Starting Right Now, Feeding Tampa Bay, and AMIKids - Tampa. Genevieve graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and received her Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix.
