Greg spent more than 30 years working at all levels in corporate and private industries. He graduated from Howard University, Washington, DC, with a BS in Chemical Engineering and began his career with McNeil Consumer Products Company. Greg then joined Merck and Co. Inc., where he received eight promotions and became a member of the research division executive committee. He joined a midsize real estate development company, where he became COO and a member of the executive team. In 2008, Greg co-founded Mosaic Development Partners, and together with his partner, Leslie Smallwood-Lewis, they have developed over $1 Billion in real estate projects and have created hundreds of construction and full-time jobs. Mosaic currently has $7B in real estate in its pipeline.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Dean S. Adler is CEO and Co-Founder of Lubert-Adler Partners, L.P., a real estate equity firm with over $7 billion in equity and $17 billion of assets under management. Dean is Head of the Investment Committee, and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the team.

Lubert-Adler invests on behalf of, among others, 30 major university endowments, state pension funds, and major foundations.

Prior to Lubert-Adler, Dean graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a J.D. degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and was an instructor at the Wharton School between 1981 and 1983. Subsequently, he worked at Ernst & Young, Baker and Hostetler and CMS.

Currently, he is an Executive Committee Member and Research Sponsor for the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center of The Wharton School and currently serves on the board of directors of Bed Bath & Beyond (NASDAQ: BBBY). He has been a keynote speaker for national real estate organizations such as the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Dean has served on numerous community boards and has served on the City of Philadelphia's Economic Development Summit.

Dr. Peter Linneman is a Principal of Linneman Associates, KL Realty, and American Land Funds, and is the Albert Sussman Emeritus Professor of Real Estate, Finance, and Business Public Policy at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He was a member of Wharton's faculty for 32 years, founding Wharton's Real Estate Department and the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center. He is the founding co-editor of The Wharton Real Estate Review and has published over 80 articles during his career.

Jon Knipe, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate Practice, advises clients on joint ventures, new development projects, financing, and leasing matters. Jon has spent a significant portion of his career involved in the planning, financing, development, construction, leasing, marketing, and operations of mega-projects and public-private partnerships, including the redevelopment of the World Trade Center site after 9/11 and the development of Time Warner Center on Columbus Circle. Before joining Cozen O’Connor in early 2021, he spent 15 years as executive vice president and general counsel for Silverstein Properties, Inc., and was a member of Silverstein’s investment and management committees. Previously, Jon was general counsel to Fisher Brothers and before that, he was a vice president at the Related Companies. He started his career as a real estate lawyer at Battle Fowler and Paul Hastings. Jon serves on several not-for-profit boards, including as a member and past chair of the Penn State Smeal College of Business Real Estate Advisory Board.

Evens Charles is the founder and managing principal of Frontier Development & Hospitality Group LLC.

A native of Washington, D.C, Mr. Charles attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

where he was a Big East Conference Division-I football athlete. During his five-year athletic tenure at

Temple University, he earned a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Education. Shortly thereafter, at the

age of 25, Mr. Charles was inspired by his landlord to execute his first small transaction that required

an out-of-pocket investment of $1,000 resulting in a $25K profit six months later. Mr. Charles

organically grew over a ten-year period by executing several successful residential and multi-family

acquisition and development projects, then by the age of 36, made his first hotel investment. He has

since grown Frontier to over a $200 million capitalized portfolio of Hilton and Marriot Internationally

branded hotel assets across six states, with another $560 million of urban infill, commercial real estate

development in its pipeline.

Some of his recent accomplishments includes being recognized as the lead developer of DMPED’s 2021

award of the Hill East Bundle II Project, which is 1.2 million square feet of waterfront, mixed-use

development in Washington DC; The 2021 Business of the Year by Prince Georges County Bi-County

Business; 2019 Black Enterprise largest 100 Black Owned Businesses in the nation and the 2019

Outstanding Entrepreneur Award by the Caribbean American Heritage. He has been featured in various

publications including Hotel Business, Lodging Magazine, Black Enterprise & Business Journals across

multiple cities.

He has an endowed scholarship in his name at Temple University targeting underserved students,

supports many philanthropic causes and serves as a mentor to many. He is also a member of Temple

University’s School of Hospitality & Tourism Board of Visitors, member of the Real Estate Executive

Council (REEC), as well as industry organizations such as the National Alliance of African American

Hotel Owners and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association.

Mr. Berson joined Parkway Corporation in 2018 and serves as President of Parkway Commercial

Properties, a role in which he oversees Parkway’s growing real estate portfolio as well as development

across a national and expanding land bank. Parkway recently delivered a 360,000 SF trophy office

building leased by global law firm Morgan Lewis, a multifamily project in Philadelphia’s “old city” which

achieved 95% leasing in just three months, and is under construction on another 550,000 SF trophy office

building leased entirely by global insurance provider Chubb. Parkway is also in predevelopment for

several additional multi-family residential projects in multiple US markets. Prior to Parkway, Brian worked

at Brandywine Realty Trust and served as Vice President of Development overseeing development work

in New Jersey and Washington DC before which he was Vice President of Leasing and Development at

Liberty Property Trust, where he held responsibility for the firm’s leasing, development, and asset

management at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. He has 25 years of experience in the industry and has

developed over two billion dollars’ worth of real estate.

His previous experience also includes development positions in Washington, D.C. at LCOR where he

served as Development Manager for the 2.4 million square foot United States Patent and Trademark

Office and at Hines where he served as Construction Manager for the 800,000 SF Gannet/USA TODAY

Headquarters. Mr. Berson received his Master of Architecture from Columbia University’s Graduate

School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation and his Bachelor of Arts from the Washington

University in St. Louis School of Architecture.

He holds a Pennsylvania architecture license and National Council for Architectural Registration Board

certificate. Mr. Berson sits on the Board of Trustees at NAIOP Philadelphia, at the American Heart

Association’s Hard Hats with Heart, and is a Board member at the Central Philadelphia Development

Corporation. He has been featured prominently as a guest lecturer, panelist, and instructor at many of

the region’s universities.
