The Apopka Community Center is a multi-purpose facility that is available for private rental events. It features a 7,500-square-foot main salon, which can be subdivided by a moving wall system capable of seating up to 500 occupants. It also has a commercial kitchen, a full-service bar, and audio-visual equipment on site that can be included in the facility rental for additional fees.

Linda Coburn is vice president of asset management for NexMetro Communities, a national

construction representing 42 projects in major metro areas across the nation. Linda leads and

collaborates with asset management partners on strategic initiatives to enhance property

performance and build financial discipline, while inspiring a consumer-focused culture for the renters

by choice who live in the company’s Avilla Home neighborhoods. With more than 25 years of

experience in the multifamily industry, she formerly led a diverse owned and operated $520 million

portfolio for Mark-Taylor Residential; and held regional management positions with Equity

Residential. Active in the multifamily industry, Linda has a long record of service on several key

committees, and is currently vice chair of the Arizona Multifamily Association Executive Board and an

NAA Delegate.

George Stellas is a Vice President at Blue Vista and supports all aspects of the acquisition process for the firm’s real estate equity strategies.

George has underwritten $13BN of opportunities across all asset types and geographies and has closed on over $570MM of aggregate asset value.

George co-developed Blue Vista’s BTR platform and currently leads a sizeable component of Blue Vista’s build-to-rent acquisitions and developments efforts. He has closed or is under contract on 6 BTR deals across three states representing 934 units and nearly $100MM in total capitalization.

George is involved in ULI Chicago, JBURNS Future Leaders in Housing, and The Hellenic Initiative. He holds a Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management certificate from Cornell University and lectures at the McIntire School of Commerce on behalf of the University of Virginia’s Real Estate program.

George earned a BA in Economics and Spanish from the University of Virginia.

Ron Gonski leads business development and growth at Mosaic, and is both a lawyer and electrical engineer. Ron previously held roles in systems and software engineering at several large aerospace companies and as a corporate real estate attorney at Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West law firm. While in law school, Ron started a software company that created mobile scheduling applications for airline employees, which he later sold. Ron obtained his JD from Harvard Law School and his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Ron is an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s Arizona chapter and is an original member of the groundbreaking “ULI 2D” neighborhood mural project initiative. The Arizona Business Journal named Ron one of the top 10 Millennial leaders in commercial real estate in 2017.

Drawing on his prior experience as a banker and general counsel for a

private equity firm, Joe Hernandez counsels a variety of clients in negotiating and structuring complex commercial real estate transactions. He represents real estate developers, financial institutions, private equity firms, and public entities in all phases of such transactions, with deals across the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. He handles acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, joint ventures, and advises clients on raising capital for real estate projects.

He also represents developers and investors in the area of condominium

redevelopment, which oftentimes involves the complex process of

terminating an existing condominium. He helps clients navigate all stages of the process, from due diligence, joint venture structuring, and termination strategies to acquisition financing, construction financing, and mezzanine financings that facilitate the redevelopment.

Joe is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a prestigious fellowship reserved for lawyers distinguished for their skill,

experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. He also serves as Chair of ACREL’s Common Interest Ownership Committee.

development, and management of more than 7,500 residential units across prime markets

At Shoreham Capital, Doug oversees the acquisition, capitalization, development, and

Before co-founding Shoreham, Doug spent the last 10 years at the CIM Group, a $35bn AUM

Real Estate Private Equity firm where he worked as Managing Director and oversaw the firm’s

East Coast equity investment platform. Prior to CIM, Doug worked in Corporate Private Equity

for LNK Partners, and in Investment Banking in the Mergers and Acquisition Group at Deutsche

Bank based in New York City. During that time, his transaction experience included quantitative

and strategic analysis of an assortment of transactions across a wide variety of industry

verticals.

Doug serves as an active member of ULI, NMHC, and ICSC. He graduated from Brown

University with an A.B. in business economics and international relations and received his MBA

from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Paul Minoff has been an attorney in Florida for over 23 years. Throughout his noteworthy career, Paul has practiced in the areas of complex commercial litigation, business litigation, banking and financing, real estate transactions and litigation, and landlord/tenant transactions

and litigation. For the past 8 years, Paul’s practice has largely focused on handling commercial real estate matters, residential real estate matters, title curative matters, and landlord-tenant matters.

Paul started his career at Holland & Knight before going in-house at Washington Mutual Bank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and then Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. Paul resumed his private practice at GrayRobinson, where he has been a shareholder and director since August 2013. In mid-May 2023, Paul joined CATIC, a regional title insurance underwriter based out of Connecticut as a Vice President and Commercial Sales Manager, with the express charge of growing and further developing its commercial title operations throughout the Southeastern United States.
