Regency Centers: Completed a $357 million acquisition of five premier, grocery-anchored shopping centers within the Rancho Mission Viejo (RMV) master-planned community in Orange County, strengthening its presence in a highly supply-constrained coastal market. The nearly 630,000-square-foot, 97%-leased portfolio was acquired using Regency’s UPREIT structure, underscoring its disciplined capital strategy and focus on high-quality, community-integrated assets with long-term growth potential.

Shopoff Realty Investments: Has several prominent Orange County projects, including the 25-acre Uptown Newport Village, which includes a 30-unit luxury condominium project - Parkhouse Residences, the One Uptown apartment community, the 1-acre Uptown Newport Park, as well as additional planned residential and park spaces for future development. Other notable projects include several mixed-use master developments: Bolsa Pacific at Westminster – a reimagining of the 80+ acre former Westminster Mall space with housing and retail, the 28.9-acre Magnolia Coast in Huntington Beach, and the 18.09-acre Euclid + Heil in Fountain Valley.
