Brian Salyards is a Principal with PGIM Real Estate Finance. In this role, he is responsible for the direct origination of multifamily debt across the United States, through Freddie Mac; Fannie Mae; FHA; the life company portfolio; CMBS executions and the company's proprietary balance sheet/bridge loan programs. Brian is located in Boston. Brian has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with considerable experience in commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining the company in 2011, Brian was with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage (now Berkeley Point Capital), where he served from 2001 to 2011. In that capacity, he originated more than $1.3 billion in multifamily loans. Earlier, he was a senior regional underwriter with Berkshire Mortgage Finance. Brian began his career by forming his own real estate company, J&B Home Realty, which he ran successfully for 10 years. As co-owner, he was involved in the acquisition, investment, sale and leasing of single family and multifamily properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business and Economics. He also earned a certificate in real estate finance from Boston University.

Mr. Petz joined Colliers International in 2019 and serves as managing director of investment sales within the Capital Markets team. He brings with him deep experience in the disposition of core trophy assets, as well as a diverse mix of urban/suburban, office, industrial, life science, and land development assets. PRIOR EXPERIENCE Immediately prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Petz led the growth of JLL’s overall capital markets business in New England. Prior to JLL, he served as director of capital markets activity at both Eastdil and CBRE, and ultimately built his capital markets foundation on the buy-side at AEW Capital Management for the first 15 years of his career. Sarah Lemke, Esq. manages all aspects of the development of new real estate projects, from conceptual design through construction completion. Ms. Lemke draws on her expertise in the acquisition, financing, permitting, and leasing of mixed-use and commercial real estate projects across the Northeast in overseeing consultant teams, managing the design and entitlement processes, and project budget. She is currently focused on managing the redevelopment of CambridgeSide from an urban, retail center into a mixed-use center with 1,000,000 square feet of new first-class lab/office space, retail/restaurant, and residential uses. Prior to joining New England Development, Sarah was a partner at the law firm of Hinckley Allen and began her career as an attorney at Goulston & Storrs. She is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and Middlebury College where she studied Sociology and French and played field hockey, winning the NCAA Division 3 National Championship during her sophomore year. Ms. Lemke is a seven-year member of the Medfield (MA) Planning Board, a Member of NAIOP and CREW, and a Middlebury College Alumni Interviewer.

Laura joined Simon Property Group in 2013 and is currently serving as Regional Vice President of Leasing responsible for overseeing a portfolio of over 10 million square feet of retail space in New England region. Laura has served as an integral member of the team specializing in the overall asset redevelopment strategy, lease negotiation and merchandising of the company’s assets. Prior to her current role, Laura was responsible for leasing several of Simon’s luxury properties in Florida and North Carolina. Laura began her career in real estate in 2008 at DDR Corp. (now Site Centers) as part of an executive Management Trainee program with a focus on leasing. During her tenure, Laura advanced to a Leasing Director where she was responsible for the marketing and leasing of multiple retail strip centers and big box centers in the Southeast totaling over 4.3 million square feet. She was also responsible for securing leases with major national, regional, and local retailers resulting in over $33 million dollars in revenue. Laura received her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in both Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and also in Marketing. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and resides in Indianapolis with her husband and two children.

Corey Bialow is the founder and CEO of Bialow Real Estate and has been actively engaged in the real estate profession for over 30 years. Bialow Real Estate was founded in 2005 and has completed over 1,000 real estate transactions across 47 states and Canada with an aggregate value of over $1.5 Billion Dollars. Corey has established himself as one of the country’s leading experts in the field of retail tenant representation and has recently been recognized as one of the top 10 retail brokers in the country. Corey has worked as a consultant and broker for some of the nation’s premier retail and restaurant chains including Godiva, TB12, The Vitamin Shoppe, Mattress Firm, Kona Grill, Sephora, Talbots, Johnny Was, James Perse, Alexis Bittar, It’s Sugar, Brooklyn Boulders, Pet Supplies Plus, Pinkberry, Arby’s, Wendy’s, Smashburger, Bowlero, etc. Recently, Corey has been working with today’s leading omni-channel retailers that are crossing over to opening showrooms throughout the country including Indochino and Sleep Number as well as counseling emerging experiential and entertainment concepts that are establishing sites in formerly occupied “big box” spaces and non-traditional locations including Launch Entertainment and Belong Gaming. Corey has also worked closely with many private equity and venture capital firms that have relied on his expertise for evaluating existing real estate portfolios as well as establishing national strategic growth plans. Some of these firms include Irving Place Capital, North Castle Partners, Highland Consumer Partners, Bear Stearns Merchant Bank, Porchlight Equity, Breakaway, A&M Capital, Gordon Brothers, Staple Street Capital, FirePine Group, Atlantic Street Capital, Arctaris Capital and Sycamore Partners. Prior to starting his own company, Corey served as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for several leading international retail chains including The Vitamin Shoppe and Blinds to Go. He worked extensively The Vitamin Shoppe on an outsourced basis and was responsible for taking the retailer from a local New York City chain with only 20 stores to a public company with over 750 stores nationally. Corey is also an avid investor and entrepreneur having been a partner and board member in multiple retail and restaurant concepts as well as the founding partner and co-creator of the "Be Styled" Blow Dry chain which he sold in 2016. He is also an active real estate developer and owner of several commercial and residential developments throughout the United States.

In his 12 years of experience, Aksel has worked on many project types, including historic preservation, residential, commercial, industrial, offices, religious, educational, and museums. After many years involved in various community and industry organizations, Aksel has developed a talent for building trusting relationships with clients, consultants, and co-workers. Donald W. Wiest is a founding partner of Dain, Torpy, Le Ray, Wiest & Garner, P.C. He focuses his practice on complex zoning and related permitting work. He served from 2001 to 2006 as the Land Use Counsel to the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”). In that capacity, he advised the BRA on a wide range of zoning and other land-use matters, including the permitting of large-scale projects involving complex zoning (such as PDA, Urban Renewal Areas, and Institutional Master Plans); drafting new zoning governing significant areas of the city; gave numerous presentations on development-related land-use issues at community meetings and public hearings; and interpreting and drafting amendments to the Boston Zoning Code in a wide range of contexts. He worked closely on these matters with public officials throughout city and state government, private developers, and neighborhood groups and other public advocates. Mr. Wiest began his legal career at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago and then practiced at Wilmer Hale’s Boston office.

Real estate is in Joel’s DNA. The son of a Cuban architect, he grew up in Miami, traveling to inspect sites with his father and even helping to design two of his childhood homes. After attending the University of Florida and Harvard Law School, Joel became a partner at Goulston & Storrs. After leaving to conduct real estate deals on his own, he soon joined his friend, Steve Samuels, who was looking for some help in growing a development company. Joel is passionate about seeing a new district come to life after years of work. “That’s the best part, watching our new project come to life and be woven into the fabric of the community in which it resides.” Outside of work Joel enjoys being, quite literally, outside. He loves cycling, boating, tennis “and any other sports I can still survive.” He’s also quick to add, “I’m a big fan of American craft beers.” Joel serves as Chair of the Boston Main Streets Foundations and as a member of the Board of Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation, a non-profit CDC that builds affordable housing and promotes economic development in Roxbury.

Michael O’Reilly is an Associate Principal and Director of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB)’s Boston office. Michael provides expert Construction Consultancy services to owners, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals, by helping them manage all aspects of the feasibility, cost, and time of major construction projects. Michael has served on some of RLB’s most prestigious projects including Miami’s Brickell City Center and MGM National Harbor in Maryland. He is a trusted advisor of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA), the University of Massachusetts, and has provided cost consulting services for the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center Expansion and Boston Logan International Airport’s Terminal E Expansion. Michael is a Certified Cost Professional and member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Queensland University of Technology and brings 17 years of experience serving clients both nationally and internationally across a variety of industry sectors.

Jorge E. Mendoza has more than 20 years of architectural design and project management experience. Since joining KPF in 2004, he has led a variety of projects from concept through construction throughout the United States and abroad, with a particular focus in Boston. Jorge’s skillset is broad and he adeptly applies his expertise to a range of project types, from tall towers and large-scale master plans to suburban corporate campuses, leading teams through day-to-day operations and ensuring that client’s expectations are met. Jorge is a seasoned project manager, having led large, multidisciplinary teams in the design of complex projects throughout the world. Projects managed by Jorge often require intense collaboration with numerous consultants, stakeholders, and public agencies. Jorge has been actively leading KPF’s efforts In Boston. He led KPF’s Seaport Square project, a mixed-use project located in one of the most active arteries in the city. The largest private real estate project in the city since the 1960’s, the development offers three residential towers, an abundance of retail, and a central public square, designed with flexibility in mind. Also in Boston, Jorge manages the Channelside project, a complex mixed-use development that includes research labs, offices, and residences. Located on the Fort Point Channel waterfront, the project incorporates a number of resiliency features. Jorge is a licensed architect in New York and Massachusetts, NCARB affiliated, and an active member of the AIA and NOMA (National Organization of Minority Architects).

Daniel specializes in commercial real estate tax appeals and advisement throughout the Northeast region. He represents commercial real estate developers, investors, and users to minimize their tax liability by leveraging his extensive knowledge of complex valuation concerns, knowledge of the tax laws, and relationships with local assessors. He currently represents more than over $14 billion in assessed valuation, with broad valuation experience including: developments, urban and suburban office, laboratory, R&D, data centers, market rate and affordable apartments, mixed use complexes, hotels and resorts, big box and retail centers, industrials, independent and assisted living facilities. In addition, Daniel advises clients regarding tax implications relating to property acquisitions, dispositions, conversions, and development of real estate as well as compliance requirements of local and state laws. Daniel is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Chapter of NAIOP, the Greater Boston Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), and the Greater Boston Building Owners and Managers Association.

Johanna W. Schneider has more than 20 years of experience advising public and private clients on real estate development projects and real estate litigation. Working on complex real estate development projects, Johanna guides owners, developers and other entities through local, state and federal permitting processes. Johanna has also successfully represented clients in all stages of land use and zoning litigation, including mediations and appeals. She is Co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Land Use & Development Committee and serves on her town’s Zoning Board of Appeals. Johanna is a member of the Abstract Club and was named to the Massachusetts Super Lawyers list. Prior to practicing law, Johanna was a consultant to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

In early 2015 Mike joined Governor Charlie Baker's administration as Assistant Secretary for Business Growth in the Executive Office of Housing & Economic Development, working to advance the administration’s strategy for job creation and business development. Mike has played an integral role in the expansion of major employers in the Commonwealth including Aetna, Alnylam, EMD Millipore, Flextronics, General Electric, Insulet, Siemens and Waters. He serves as co-chair of the board of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center and vice chair of the Financial Services Advisory Council. In 1997, he joined Spectrum Equity, a leading growth private equity firm founded in 1994 with offices in Boston and San Francisco. During his more than 15 years at Spectrum, the firm grew from $360 million in assets under management to $4.7 billion and invested in over 100 high-growth internet, software, and information services companies. After his career in private equity, Mike spent two years as Special Advisor to the Receiver at Lawrence Public Schools where he worked with the state-appointed superintendent/receiver on strategic and financial initiatives to support the school district’s turnaround plan. Earlier, Mike was an Associate at TA Associates, a Boston-based private equity firm. Mike received an AB magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with high honors in Government from Dartmouth College in 1990 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1997.

Michael is a principal owner of his firm, The Procopio Companies, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Development. The Procopio Companies is a family development and construction management firm founded in 1950, and active throughout southern New England. Michael is third generation and joined the firm full time in 2003, working both in the field and on the sales team, and later as a project manager and project executive on the construction side of the firm. Michael became a principal in the firm in 2016 through a partial buyout of generation two, as the firm moved from the luxury single-family market to the class-a multifamily construction and development sectors. He is currently responsible for leading the development team through all aspects of large-scale residential & commercial developments, including underwriting and delivery, acquisitions and disposition, approvals and permitting, capital management, strategic planning and sales across a portfolio of companies. Since 2008, he has led the development of over $250 million in residential and mixed-use projects across eastern Massachusetts. Michael serves on the Board of Directors of Spectrum Health Systems, a $100 million behavioral health and addiction recovery non-profit, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce.

As a Senior Vice President, Addie is responsible for the firm’s multifamily and mixed-use investments. Over the course of her career, she has been responsible for nearly $1B in multifamily ground-up development activity in the Boston market, performing all aspects of the development process including sourcing, permitting, financing, design and construction oversight, marketing and leasing oversight, and disposition. Prior to rejoining Leggat McCall, Addie was a Senior Vice President with Pritzker Realty Group (PRG), where she was responsible for the execution of $370M of ground-up development, including a 28-story high rise in the Back Bay. Prior to PRG, she was a Director with Wood Partners, a national multifamily development company, where over the course of eight years she was responsible for the development of ten projects totaling over 1,800 units and over $500M in total cost. As CEO of Veitas Engineers, Jonathan Bayreuther is humbled to guide the next generation of structural engineers dedicated to multifamily housing. Under his leadership, the more than 65-year legacy of the Veitas family lives on in a pragmatic approach to constructable, efficient buildings. Jonathan has spent his career building a reputation as a engineer that views the structural design as only one, albeit important, element of any project, and that ultimately a successful building is about the people that design, build, and eventually live in it. David Keiran is Chief Financial Officer at Senné. David leads all of the company’s financial activities, working with CEO William Senné to develop and manage acquisitions, developments, capital structures, investor relations, and corporate strategy execution. David joined Senné with over 30 years of institutional, commercial, and residential investment industry experience with significant expertise in real estate accounting, taxation, risk management, capital sourcing, finance, investment acquisitions, development, management, and dispositions. He is also well versed in investment underwriting and analysis, acquisition due diligence, asset and portfolio management, regulatory compliance, investor relations and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
