Norman Radow’s vision when establishing The RADCO Companies in 1994 was borne out of a lifelong passion to make neighborhoods and people’s lives better. RADCO’s first project was the redevelopment of a distressed 53-story Atlanta hotel, office, and condominium tower, which later became the Four Seasons Hotel. The notable turnaround project put the company on the map and more than 100 successful projects later, RADCO remains a fearless, successful, and flexible leader in the real estate industry. Prior to founding The RADCO Companies, Norman was a seasoned real estate litigation, workout, and transactional lawyer. Awarded a Juris Doctor by New York Law School in 1981 and a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1978, he is licensed to practice in both New York and Georgia. As a Chairman of the Kennesaw State University Foundation Board of Trustees, Norman oversaw the expansion of the 33,000-student university in metropolitan Atlanta. During his 13-year tenure, the campus doubled in size with the addition of $500 million in new buildings that he helped finance and develop. Norman is currently a member of the New York Law School Board of Trustees and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Law. He is a dynamic speaker and real estate industry expert that has been featured on CNBC, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and more.

Shea Campbell is an Executive Vice President with CBRE Southeast Multifamily. Mr. Campbell represents institutional and high net worth investors in the disposition of multifamily properties across the Southeast. Since joining CBRE in early 2010, Mr. Campbell has completed over $15 Billion in apartment transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Campbell spent two and half years as Vice President at an Atlanta-based multifamily brokerage firm. For the five years previous to this, Mr. Campbell worked with the capital fundraising team of Wells Real Estate Funds. The youngest Assistant Vice President at Wells REF, he and his team consistently finished in the top three of thirty teams in total production—helping Wells REF raise in excess of $1billion in both 2005 and 2006. Shea serves on the Board of Directors for Open Doors Atlanta, a non-profit organization focused on connecting people with permanent, stable housing. He also organizes and speaks at the Atlanta Apartment Association’s bi-annual Market Outlook which draws attendance from 600+ industry professionals. Shea is an active member on both the University of Georgia’s Real Estate Alumni Steering Committee and East Lake Foundation’s Shamrock Society.

Brett Duke joined Atlantic | Pacific Real Estate Group in 2012 and has over 15 years of real estate experience in acquisitions, asset management, development, and investment sales. His primary role within the organization is to manage the investment portfolio and assist with new acquisitions. Prior to joining A|P, Mr. Duke was an Asset Manager with Rialto Capital Management, where he managed a portfolio of non-performing debt valued at over $60 million and participated in the acquisition of more than $500 million of commercial real estate loans and REO. Prior to Rialto, Mr. Duke was the Development Manager for Perennial Properties, a boutique multi-family investment and development firm primarily focused on developing mixed-use projects in the city of Atlanta. In this role, Mr. Duke participated in site-selection, underwriting, due diligence, zoning, financing, project execution, and economic stabilization. Mr. Duke began his career working in financial analysis and modeling in both consulting and investment sales/investment banking roles. In this capacity he worked at several high profile firms to include LNR Property Corporation and Grubb & Ellis, among others. Mr. Duke is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in finance.

Maria is a passionate and enthusiastic sales leader experienced at curating and implementing impactful strategies that drive high client satisfaction. Capable of influencing cross-functional teams and skilled at negotiating multimillion dollar contracts, she is a dedicated people manager who excels at building successful relationships as well as effective leaders and teams. Maria makes apartments smart as a National Account Manager for ADT Multifamily. She brings with her a unique approach to clients from her experience as a multifamily real estate broker where she has earned top sales awards in the President’s Sales Club from the Ohio Association of Realtors as well as the ATLCBR Million Dollar Club. Maria’s success also draws on her corporate marketing skills from when she worked for top brands like Delta Air Lines, Coca Cola, Owens Corning and Hickory Farms. She’s been a contributor to BISNOW Southeast Multifamily articles for the past two years.

Bobby Khorshidi is President and Principal of Archway Capital. Founded in 2016 by its parent Company Partners Capital Inc, Archway Capital is a leading direct portfolio lender that makes short-term fixed rate loans secured by residential and commercial real estate nationwide. Partners Capital’s other businesses include a real estate investment company whose focus is on the acquisition and repositioning of value-add commercial real estate in the Western US. Bobby was raised in Los Angeles and completed his undergraduate education in June, 2000 at UCLA with a BS in Anthropology. In August of 2002 he took position at Wells Fargo Bank as a mortgage loan processor. By the time he left in August of 2009 he was responsible for originating over 1 Billion dollars in new loans. At his young age he was consistently recognized as one of the top 20 loan officers in the country by Wells Fargo and top 1% by various trade publications. As the market began to shift in 2009 Bobby left Wells Fargo to start Partners Capital Inc. In 2009 Partners Capital began as real estate investment company focused on the purchase of value-add/opportunistic real estate, performing and non-performing loans. He oversaw the day-to-day aspects acquisition, underwriting, asset management and loan workouts. Bobby has personally been involved in hundreds of loan workouts and restructuring. In 2016 Bobby founded Archway Capital is a leading direct portfolio lender that makes short-term fixed rate loans secured by residential and commercial real estate nationwide. He leads the origination, underwriting and investor relations side of the business by setting lending parameters and focusing on the company’s growth strategy. He is a member of the Board of Advisers for UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital and actively involved with Chai Lifeline West Coast. He is also a Dodger fan and lives in LA with his wife and three children.

Jeff Robertson is responsible for the implementation of business plans, financial analysis and operational strategies for FCP’s investments. Before joining FCP, Mr. Robertson was a Senior Associate at Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP, where he performed real estate valuations for billions of dollars of commercial real estate assets in the United States and abroad. While at Deloitte, he serviced clients such as real estate investment trusts, large manufacturing corporations, national healthcare providers, and other owners of large real estate portfolios. Mr. Robertson began his career with a real estate investment firm focusing on distressed and foreclosed residential properties in central Virginia. Mr. Robertson attended the University of Virginia, where he received a BA in Economics and History.

Matt Lineberger currently serves as Lima One Capital’s regional sales manager with his office and primary focus in Atlanta and the southeastern region of the United States. He and his team are responsible for originating loans for the company and the overall sales growth of the territory. Lima One Capital works with investors all over the country to provide funding for commercial and residential projects. Matt is a native of the Atlanta area and a graduate of the University of Georgia. He has been in the real estate industry for over 18 years and brings a diverse real estate background to the team. Prior to joining Lima One 8 years ago, he spent the bulk of his career with a multifamily developer, Woods Residential Investors, where he worked on value-add multifamily projects in the metro Atlanta market. When he is not engaged in real estate, you can find Matt spending time with his wife and 2 boys.

William Delsa, CPA, is the managing partner in CohnReznick’s Denver office and a member of the Firm’s Tax Practice. William has 17 years of public accounting experience to real estate clients that include affordable housing, commercial real estate developers, private equity real estate funds, real estate syndicators, management companies, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations. Within the real estate industry, William specializes in operating and multi-state fund level taxation, complex 704(b) allocations and Opportunity Zone funds. He also works with other federal and state level tax incentivized programs in connection with the real estate industry. For his clients, William provides entity structuring, tax planning, compliance, and business consulting services.

H. Jerome Russell, Jr. is president of Russell New Urban Development, the entity that leads the family’s real estate strategic direction and new business development focus. He oversees the company’s real estate portfolio and chairs the Herman J. Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE). In addition to real estate development, Jerome has experience in property management, beverage distribution, logistics and banking. Jerome serves on the boards of H. J. Russell & Company, Concessions International, LLC, RICE, the Georgia Historical Society, Central Atlanta Progress, the Urban Land Institute, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta, The Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Tiger 21, and The Carter Center, among others.

Windsor Stevens Managing Partner Rod Mullice is an experienced developer who believes deeply in the crucial role the built environment plays in creating healthy communities. His vision is not just about creating spaces where people live, work and play. His approach to development focuses on crafting a built environment that encourages social interaction, technological innovation, environmental sustainability, and transportation options, facilitating the Connected Lifestyle. Rod has closed on over $150 million in transactions of urban development, financing and acquisitions since 2009. He led the team that renewed the leases of a 217,000 square foot office building in Historic Downtown College Park for the Federal Aviation Administration Southern Regional headquarters. Rod successfully conceived, planned, financed and managed the construction of the $20.9 million apartment community, The Pad on Harvard, next to the College Park, GA, MARTA Station as the Managing Partner of Air Realty, LLC. The Pad opened for residents in December 2017 and is now at 96% occupancy. He has recently completed construction on Phase I of Temple Square, a $5 million townhouse community in College Park Rod has engaged actively with the College Park community by initiating the Rose Stevens Mullice Academic Achievement Awards at College Park Elementary School, named for his mother. He serves on the City of Atlanta’s Office of Buildings Technical Advisory Committee; the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance Board of Directors; the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Board of Directors, who’s Mentoring Committee he chairs, and a member of its Million Dollar Club, the Urban Land Institute Committee. He Born in Liberty County, GA, where his multigenerational family ties continue, Rod is a graduate of Savannah State University with a BA in Political Science and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Advanced Management Development Program. Since the success of The Pad on Harvard and the launch of College Park’s special TOD District, which he actively supported, Rod has been invited to speak to a number of professional organizations. His presentation offers insight about the benefits of TOD and how to leverage transit for thriving communities.

Ellen is the Owner/Founder and CEO of Silver Studio Architects, a full-service Architecture and Interior Design firm focused on multifamily housing, mixed-use and commercial building projects. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, and a National Council of Architectural Registration Board Certificate Holder. Ellen views each project as a unique challenge and exciting opportunity. She finds joy in bringing success to her clients through successful projects. Her experience managing retail, mixed-use and multifamily residential projects of all scales make her uniquely suited to provide guidance and leadership to any development team. Her projects find harmony between aesthetics and budget, form and function. Communication and technical quality are paramount to maintaining lasting relationships with her clients and achieving the best architectural outcome. Jim Lott is the National Director of Development for Waypoint and is responsible for overseeing Waypoint’s development sourcing, strategies and activities for future growth within the Company. Mr. Lott has over 15 years of experience in real estate finance and development. Prior to joining Waypoint, Mr. Lott was Vice President at SunTrust Bank – Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Lott holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.

After graduating from University of Florida over 10 years ago with a degree in Building Construction, Walker began his construction career in Juneau’s Preconstruction department. During the past 10 years, Walker has led project teams on some of Juneau’s most complex, high-profile projects throughout the Southeast, including the $110M Battery Atlanta Multifamily project for the Atlanta Braves. In his current role as Vice President of Operations and Project Executive, he currently leads Juneau’s project management and field supervision teams on four multifamily projects in the Atlanta market. These include Echo Street West, Novel West Midtown, Webb Gin Apartments, and Atlanta’s newest high-rise in Society Atlanta. He is well-versed in the multifamily product type and current market trends related to supply chain, construction costs, and the current labor market.

Scott D. Greenwald, Esquire, Senior Vice President, is a licensed attorney in Louisiana and Wisconsin who has been involved in the evaluation, negotiation, and consultation of insurance claims for over fifteen years. Scott graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin with degrees in History and Political Science, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Emory University School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Scott served a one-year clerkship for Judge Nadine Ramsey, Civil District, Orleans Parish in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he assisted Judge Ramsey in making various rulings on the permissibility of asbestos, mold, and other toxin exclusions within Louisiana insurance forms. Prior to joining GGG/AI, Scott practiced law in New Orleans in the insurance field with the firm of Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr and Smith, whose client list included CNA, Chubb, Great American, and Scottsdale Insurance Companies. Mr. Greenwald is a frequent speaker/presenter to business owners, insurance brokers, real estate brokers, and property managers regarding the measuring of damages and the processing and handling of insurance claims, and recently gave a presentation on “Disaster Preparedness” at the Southeastern Affordable Management Housing Association’s (SAMHA) annual conference in Savannah, Georgia and on “Changes To Property Insurance In The Post Hurricane Sandy Era” at the Counsel For Affordable and Rural Housing’s annual conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Margaret "(Marjy") Stagmeier is the founder of TriStar and real estate investment firm, and President of TI Asset Management, Inc an independent asset management and real estate advisory firm for international and domestic real estate investors, based in Atlanta, Georgia USA. TI Asset Management has managed in excess of 5.0 million sqft of commercial and 3,000 units of residential real estate in the southeast United States and employs 30 professionals. Prior to starting TI Asset Management, she has served in executive capacities for a consortium of international real estate firms. Her experience draws from a wide range of real estate activity, from acquisition to mortgage banking and asset management to disposition. She has managed over $1.0 billion in real estate funds for predominately U.S. and European investors. Ms. Stagmeier and TriStar have developed a sustainable affordable housing model which uses affordable housing communities to stabilize low-performing elementary schools. Specifically, she targets blighted apartment communities near failing elementary schools, offers rents affordable for working poor families, and provides community wrap around services including free after-school programs, summer camps, affordable health care and gardens. Ms. Stagmeier is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.S. in finance and has successfully completed the Georgia Certified Public Accountant examination. She is an active lecturer and contributing author to many periodicals analyzing the challenging industry of asset management, and co-authored the book Real Estate Asset Management: Executive Strategies for Profit-Making. She is on the board of the Atlanta Community Food Bank, The Atlanta Public School Affordable Housing Taskforce, Chair of 3Star Communities, Star-C and former Vice President of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Vicki Lundy Wilbon is a Principal and President of Real Estate with The Integral Group LLC (Integral), an Atlanta-based real estate development and investment management firm. In this capacity, she plays a significant role in developing corporate policy and driving execution towards the successful accomplishment of strategic goals. Ms. Wilbon also serves as President of Integral's Community Development Division. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm's redevelopment initiatives, many executed through public/private partnerships. Integral has distinguished itself in the marketplace by completing some of the nation's most successful and transformative residential and mixed-use developments through thoughtful and innovative master planning and implementation. Ms. Wilbon has worked extensively in the Real Estate development industry for over thirty-five years. Under Ms. Wilbon's leadership, Integral has amassed a multi-family development portfolio of nearly $700 Million. Through her experience in "place- making" and multi-phased redevelopments, she has managed every aspect of comprehensive development programs including master planning with community participation, managing public/private partnerships, inspiring creative design, and developing and implementing innovative financing structures. Ms. Wilbon has mastered the use and layering of federal, or other public funds, with private equity, conventional debt, and other funding sources. She has structured and implemented numerous urban revitalization projects and developed strong relationships with institutional debt and equity providers. Ms. Wilbon serves on the Saint Joseph Health System (Atlanta) Board of Directors, the Georgia State University Honors College Board of Advisors, and the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Fund.

Carmen possesses a strong track record of leadership and an exemplary career in public service as well as a passion for quality affordable housing. In her previous role as the Chief of Staff to former Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, she served as one of the highest-ranking advisors to the mayor, overseeing key city functions, top personnel, policy, and legislative matters. Prior to her appointment by Mayor Bottoms, Carmen served as Deputy Commissioner for Housing at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. During her 25-year tenure there, Carmen oversaw all statewide policy, programs, and financing resources for affordable housing, including HUD and Treasury funding, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and Mortgage Revenue Bonds. Carmen also served as the Deputy Executive Director for the Georgia Housing & Finance Authority, the State of Georgia’s Housing Finance Agency (HFA), where she led over 250 professional staff members, oversaw more than $275 million in program resources and managed a $30 million operating budget. Under Carmen’s leadership at DCA, the State of Georgia maintained a AAA bond rating from Standard & Poor’s on its housing bonds and implemented a successful legislative campaign to increase the agency’s bond issuance capacity. Carmen is also a recipient of Smith’s Research and Gradings Lifetime Achievement Award for leadership in affordable housing. Carmen is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds an executive MBA from Kennesaw State University. She has also completed studies in Executive Development at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Program at the Harvard Business School. In addition, she holds an Accredited Mortgage Banking Professional designation from the Mortgage Bankers Associations’ School of Mortgage Banking. As an Atlanta business leader, Carmen is a member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2022 and Leadership Cobb Class of 2016. She has also completed more than 11 years of service as a volunteer with Back on My Feet Atlanta where she was named 2016 Volunteer of the Year. Carmen serves on the board of the Chubb Foundation as previously served on the Ft. McPherson LRA Board of Directors/Finance and Development Committees. She served on the Georgia Municipal Association’s first ever Equity and Inclusion Commission. Carmen is also a strong advocate for youth, serving as a mentor with Cobb Young Professionals and as a Cobb Youth Leadership Volunteer.

Bill Brading, Senior Vice President, covers the Southeast region of the United States for AHIB, Inc. Bill has over 4 years of commercial real estate experience ranging from a small family office to CBRE, a publicly traded company. In addition, Bill is on the Board of a related group of non-profit corporations that own or serve as the general partner in affordable housing apartments and senior living facilities. Bill earned his BS in Business Management from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. In 2016, he received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the Acton School of Business. Acton has been ranked by Princeton Review as a top 10 Best MBA Programs and #1 Most Competitive Students since 2013.

As the Vice President of Marketing at Morgan Properties, Michael Hand leads all marketing efforts across Morgan’s multifamily portfolio and provides strategic direction for corporate branding, communications, digital marketing, social media presence, advertising, partnerships, and reputation management. Michael's experience in marketing spans more than 25 years. Prior to joining Morgan Properties, Michael was the Vice President of Marketing for Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant where his efforts helped the company double in size in just four years. Earlier in his career, Michael served as the first Chief Marketing Officer for Minor League Baseball (MiLB), where he led all marketing and corporate sponsorship sales efforts; while also serving as the President of a new entity, MiLB Enterprises LLC, which he was instrumental in launching. Michael has also held leadership roles at IMG Worldwide, working in both the IMG College division and Global Consulting Group, The Hershey Company, General Motors, and Miller Brewing Company. Michael has been recognized by the In-Store Marketing Institute as a "Person to Watch'' and his teams have received multiple REGGIE, CLIO, and PRO awards for their work on successful marketing campaigns. He is also the co-author of Perspectives on Marketing (2009) and has participated in numerous speaking engagements, sharing his experience and knowledge with marketing professionals. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, where he played football and competed on the track and field team. Outside of work, Michael volunteers as a youth coach and mentor. He is an active supporter for child hunger relief and anti-child abuse causes in his region like Cocoa Packs, Children's Hero Fund, and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Michael also previously served as a Board Member for the Wisconsin chapter of the American Liver Foundation, where he focused on education related to pediatric liver disease.

Chris joined Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in April of 2019 to grow theater distribution through franchising. Before joining Alamo Drafthouse, Chris was the Vice President of Development at IHG responsible for growing the Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites and avid hotels brands across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. He also served as Vice President, Owner & Franchise Services where he oversaw owner relations, the market feasibility and impact review process and development marketing. Chris’ career at IHG spanned 14 years. Prior to IHG, Chris spent eight (8) years with the Walt Disney Company, where his duties included attractions design, development planning, and labor modeling. He was a member of the Disney Cruise Line launch team and played a key leadership role in the redesign of the company’s guest reservations systems and CRM implementation. Chris holds an MBA from Duke University and an industrial engineering degree from Georgia Tech. Away from work, he enjoys speaking to children’s ministries at North Point Community Church and is a dedicated supporter of the nonprofit organization Lighthouse Family Retreat.

With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Ryan Loftus serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for Multi-Tenant Environments at Hotwire Communications. His primary area of expertise lies in the multi-tenant space, and is known for his passion, success, and performance-driven approach, boasting a proven track record of establishing enduring strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Throughout his career, Ryan has played a pivotal role in the launch and implementation of various cutting-edge technologies, including high-speed internet, digital and high-definition video, IPTV, DVR, extensive fiber deployments, small cell, and home security.

As Vice President, Brittani Sanders is responsible for overseeing the development of several of Portman’s multifamily projects in the Southeast. This includes Sora at Spring Quarter in Midtown Atlanta; Savona Residences in Charlotte; 2161 Hawkins in Charlotte; Ballpark Village in Nashville; and Eleven North in Nashville. Before joining Portman, Brittani served as the Senior Director of Development for CRG whereshe was responsible for overseeing the development of more than 2,000 units with a value ofover $600 million. Prior to CRG, she served as Project Manager for JLL’s Project and Development Services division. Brittani is a member of ULI’s National Multifamily Product Council and a board member for Over the Rainbow, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing independent living solutions for individuals with physical disabilities.

Chris Van Kley is a Partner at Studio Architects, a full-service architecture firm serving clients throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Texas. Chris has over 13 years of experience in the design and management of a broad range of projects, with a focus on Multifamily, Mixed-Use, TOD, and Senior Living developments. Chris' most recent experience includes 'Quill', a 208 unit, 5-story TOD, delivered in collaboration with Marta in the Candler Park neighborhood of Atlanta, and the Studioplex Mixed Use project currently under construction along the Atlanta Beltline's Eastside trail. Chris holds an Undergraduate degree from Clemson University and a Master's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Matt Mallory is the CEO of the Mallory Agency, a leading property and casualty insurance broker serving clients in the United States and beyond. Matt primarily partners with larger companies and organizations on their insurance needs. He has been published in Insurance Journal, Forbes, and Restaurant and Retail Business Magazine. He has spoken to organizations such as the Claims and Litigation Management Society and is a faculty speaker for the Institute of WorkComp Professionals. Matt holds a BFA in Communications from Valdosta State University and completed Harvard Business School’s Risk Management for Corporate Leaders program.

Hamid grew up in the construction industry by learning the trade in his family’s real estate development business and has pursued a technology-oriented education and professional life in the past 20 years. Prior to founding Zebel in 2019, Hamid led the preconstruction data analytics at Western National Group, a large multifamily development/construction/property management firm, based in Southern California. He now works with large multifamily developers and GC's, such as Irvine Company, Ryan Companies, and Legacy Partners, who share their historical construction cost data anonymously through Zebel, the "Switzerland of Construction Cost Data". Hamid received a Master of Business Administration from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, earned a Master of Science in Construction Management and an Engineer degree in Construction Information Technology both from University of Southern California.
