The $1.6M renovation and rebranding of a senior living campus in Aurora has been completed.

The renovations to V-Esprit, previously known as the Shalom Park Senior Living Campus, include converting four one-bedroom apartment units into a clubhouse and card room and refurbishing and modernizing the theater room, library, communal dining area and leasing office. Apartment interiors have been upgraded to include new countertops, tile backsplashes, hard-surface flooring, cabinets and appliances and new finishes, fixtures and paint. All hallways and corridors were refreshed and the entry way was expanded to include new windows, furniture, a bar area and outdoor patio space.

At 5240 Shalom Park Circle, V-Esprit is a 100-unit independent living community for active adults ages 55 and older. The property sits on about 14 acres and has miles of walking paths and a range of activities for residents, including a 20K SF wellness center, exercise facilities, a salon, a bistro, a swimming pool with lap lanes and jetted seating areas, a spa and a fireplace and lounge area.

“The property is ideally located in a beautiful, peaceful setting next to Cherry Creek State Park just 15 miles south of downtown Denver," Hillcrest Development Group President Chris Owens said.

Denver-based Hillcrest Development Group and San Diego-based Pathfinder Partners purchased the property last year.
