The 297k SF Central Park Tower in Broomfield traded for $83.5M. Chicago-based GEM Realty Capital was the buyer; FSP 385 Interlocken LLC was the seller.

CBRE Group oversaw the deal, and EVP Geoff Baukol characterized it as "one of the top office assets in the entire Denver metro office market," according to the Denver Business Journal. The 2010-vintage LEED Gold property in the Interlocken Business Park is 86% occupied. [DBJ]
