A new residential development near Crestmoor Park has started pre-sales for 41 condominiums with prices starting as low as $340K.

Monaco One Fifty Five at Crestmoor Heights is the latest addition to the successful Crestmoor Heights development, which recently sold out of the 25 townhomes at Cedar Avenue priced from $600K to $750K.

“There are many people who want to own a condominium in Denver, but prices in the newer developments are skyrocketing and not attainable for most,” said Metropolitan Homes CEO Peter Kudla, developer of the project. “Our condominiums are more reasonably priced and provide a boutique style of living in a great location alongside one of the city’s most cherished parks.”

The condos are priced from $340K to $550K and include units with one bedroom, one bedroom plus a den or two bedrooms. They range from 700 SF to 1,334 SF. They are expected to be delivered in November and December.

“These are the perfect condominium homes for people who want to be connected to family, friends and traditions while living in a quiet, established Denver neighborhood with easy access to life’s conveniences,” Crestmoor Heights Community Sales Manager Christine Sheldon said. “We’re actively selling residences right now and expect interest to continue to grow as more people become aware of our homes, prices and great location.”

Condo development will be part of the discussion at Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference 2018: Rocky Mountain Series on Sept. 13.
