McWhinney Rebrands To Realberry: The Denver Deal Sheet
Colorado-based real estate investment firm McWhinney announced it is rebranding to Realberry and launching a new sponsor-led investment platform.
Realberry’s platform will provide information on real estate opportunities and support sponsors with a broader potential capital base. It will launch with an initial offering of a 60-unit multifamily property in Castle Rock, Red Hawk Crossings. The company says more offerings will be added regularly.
“Our goal is to equip a broader pool of accredited investors with the education and intuitive tools they need to evaluate available opportunities in a complex market where quality matters more than ever,” Realberry Chief Operating Officer Steve Drew said in a statement.
The name Realberry is inspired by founders Chad and Troy McWhinney's memories of running a berry stand together. The company’s leadership and investment strategy are unchanged.
