Last Year Saw Record Property Investment Volume In Denver

Investment in Denver-area commercial properties topped $10B last year—$10.3B to be exact, a record, according to data from CBRE. The largest slice of the investment pie involved the buying and selling of multifamily properties, to the tune of $4.6B for '15. That was a 31% increase over '14.

The total sales volume for office, retail and hotels was up as well, the Denver Business Journal reports. Hotels saw the largest increase among those classes of properties, up 35% year-over-year to $676M in '15. [DBJ]
