The TOBY Awards were also an opportunity for Kent to recognize the associations' three regional members of the year. Among them was Crescent Property Services property manager and BOMA/Dallas member Tracey Pal.

Tracey was lauded for serving as co-chair of the Southwest Region Conference in 2011 and 2017 and as a board member for BOMA/Dallas and the BOMA/Dallas Foundation. She also volunteers for her local association, including the development of an official sponsor program that generates $180k/year in support.
