Law firm Thompson & Knight tacked another 10 years onto its lease in the Arts District. Options in the new contract could keep the law firm in its 160K SF lease at One Arts Plaza through 2033, according to the Dallas Morning News.

“The extension of our lease underscores our long-time commitment to the Arts District and to the Dallas marketplace," Thompson & Knight Managing Partner Mark Sloan said in a statement.

This renewal follows the trend of law firms doubling down on space in Uptown (roughly 1.6M SF) and Downtown (roughly 2.8M SF).

CBRE’s Phil Puckett, Harlan Davis and Neal Puckett negotiated the contract with owner Billingsley Co. on behalf of Thompson & Knight.
