Another LBJ Office Building Sells: Granite Tower

The 240k SF Granite Tower (4055 Valley View Ln in Farmers Branch, just west of Midway Road on LBJ Freeway) sold to California-based Buchanan Street Partners, reports The Dallas Morning News.  The 10-story Class-A office tower built in 1999 underwent common area renovations in 2010 and is adjacent to a Doubletree Hotel. The Dallas Central Appraisal District lists the owner as BSP Senita Valley View and valued the building at $19M. Deals are hopping along LBJ as buildings are traded in anticipation of the LBJ Freeway construction nearing completion.
