Trademark Inks New Tenants At Waterside
Waterside inked deals with Steel City Pops, CycleBar and Aaron Brothers Art & Framing, right on the heels of the grand openings of Sur La Table and Taco Diner. The 63-acre mixed-use property under construction at Bryant Irvin Road and Arborlawn Drive in Fort Worth is developed by Trademark Property.
Steel City Pops will open a 700 SF micro-restaurant storefront selling its delicious popsicles with organic, locally grown ingredients. CycleBar will open a 3k SF indoor, boutique cycling studio this fall. Aaron Brothers will open a 2k SF store late this year.
Trademark’s Conscious Place initiative aims to deliver properties that go beyond commerce to positively impact a community. As a part of this, Waterside tenants and developments are evaluated for their potential to educate, inspire and engage stakeholders, and to promote sustainability.
Via this initiative, Waterside will feature outdoor seating, public art by Texas artist Bob Wade, a community promotion shed and activity areas, and trails and access to many outdoor activities such as kayaking and gardening.
