Stonelake Assembles Massive Industrial Portfolio

Stonelake Capital Partners assembled a $200M, 35-building industrial portfolio in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.

The Dallas portfolio includes 1.3M SF and is in the Valwood, Great Southwest and Turnpike submarkets. The Houston portfolio includes 1M SF and is in the Northwest, Near East and South Loop submarkets. The San Antonio portfolio includes 751k SF along I-35.

Stonelake assembled the industrial portfolio through 11 separate deals over the last 18 months without an operating partner. The 3M SF industrial portfolio will be the final investment by Stonelake Opportunity Partners III.

After closing Stonelake Opportunity Partners IV earlier this year with $262M in equity commitments, Stonelake plans to continue acquiring 50k SF to 150k SF industrial buildings.
