Greysteel arranged the sale of Geneva Apartments, a portfolio of nine multifamily properties in Dallas.

Henry S. Miller’s Jim Turano and Lily Chang repped Lindy-Zell ATT Texas in the sale of the AT&T Center to CCI – 15100 FAA at 15100 FAA Blvd. in Fort Worth. Recently vacated by an AT&T Call Center, the 64K SF, two-story Class-B office building is in CentrePoint Business Park.

Rowan Properties acquired the 105-unit Monterrey apartments at 7100 West Vickery Blvd. in Fort Worth.

A private investor purchased 200 acres in a sale-leaseback deal just north of Tioga in Grayson County for an undisclosed amount. Younger Partners’ Ben McCutchin repped both parties.

Colliers International sold 34 acres at Sunridge Business Park to GP Storage. This is the only spec trailer and container yard in southern Dallas County that can accommodate paved, secure storage. Colliers’ Chris Teesdale and Tom Pearson repped Sunridge Business Park. Pete Richardson with Primera Cos. repped the buyer.

Consolidated-Tomoka Land bought the Albertsons-anchored Westcliff Center at 3563 Alton Road in Fort Worth from RD Management. DuWest Realty repped the buyer of the 136K SF center.

Vitorino Group sold a Murphy Oil USA in Plano. The service/gas station, ground leased to Murphy Oil USA, is still under construction. Vitorino listed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor based in Texas. The buyer, an investor based in Colorado, was also procured by Vitorino.

PegasusAblon and the Lionstone Group hired Peloton to take over the leasing of their office portfolio in Preston Center. PegasusAblon leasing director Ruth Griggs will join Peloton as vice president and maintain the day-to-day leasing responsibilities for the portfolio.

Fay Servicing leased 60K SF of office space at Metroplex Tech Center in Carrollton. Cushman & Wakefield’s Dean Collins and Mark Collins repped the tenant. Avison Young’s Bret Hefton and Greg Langston repped the sublandlord, Securus Technologies.

Nielson leased 36K SF in Riverside Commons at 5020 Riverside Drive in Irving. Cushman & Wakefield’s Johnny Johnson and Trey Smith repped the landlord, Brookfield Properties. Newmark Cornish & Carey’s Chris Brown repped Nielson.

MIC Global Services and Atlantic Aviation, subsidiaries of Macquaire Infrastructure, leased 31K SF at 5201 Tennyson Pkwy. in Plano. Cushman & Wakefield’s Natalie Snyder, Mike Wyatt and Rob Tanzmann repped the tenant. Michael Peinado and Tom Kuhlmann were the in-house leasing representatives for the landlord, Lincoln Property.

Almost 9K SF of leases were inked across three deals at 3200 Broadway in Garland. Younger Partners’ Trae Anderson, Sarah Savage and Carson Rice repped the landlord, EY Ventures. Yusen Logistics leased 5K SF, Sunrise Primary Care Services leased 3K SF, and Urban Asset Management leased 1K SF. 

DEVELOPMENT

Plano Independent School District selected a two-firm team to design the district’s new Fine Arts Center. Dallas-based Perkins+Will will collaborate with Portland-based BORA Architects to deliver the project, which is the largest in the district’s 2016 bond program.

Accesso Partners appointed investment brokerage Eastdil Secured to market Royal Ridge, a four-building, Class-A, 100% leased portfolio totaling 506K SF close to DFW Airport.

M-Line Tower topped out. The 20-story, 261-unit Class-A mixed-use project by High Street Residential and Principal Real Estate Investors features 12K SF of ground-floor restaurant space. Construction is scheduled to complete in Q4 2017.
