Two Lincoln Centre office tower in Dallas inked a deal to move Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages into the 1.6M SF Lincoln Centre campus.

The Nuveen Real Estate-owned office campus, which borders Interstate 635 and Dallas North Tollway, is in the process of major renovations as its landlord tries to enhance amenity offerings.

The new tenant plans to occupy roughly 31K SF inside Two Lincoln Centre, according to the Dallas Morning News

“We are pleased to sign a lease agreement with CCSWB and look forward to working with them, and all of our tenants, as we continue to modernize and upgrade this iconic Dallas location,” Nuveen's Erik Sobek said in a statement.

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages will be moving from its longtime home at Centura Tower off Dallas Parkway to Two Lincoln Centre.

Nuveen relied on Cushman & Wakefield's Matthew Schendle and Clint Madison to handle lease negotiations on its behalf, while JLL's Conor McCarthy and Greg Biggs represented the tenant.
