A new 300K SF, six-story office building has been proposed for Richardson's CityLine development.

Developed by Transwestern Development Co. in partnership with BC Station Partners, the future office building will bring more Class-A space into the mixed-use CityLine development. It is being marketed as a build-to-suit opportunity.

The new office destination is being called The Exchange at CityLine and will be designed by BOKA Powell

The building will feature a glass-covered exterior, on-site fitness, food services and a parking garage with a 4.5:1,000 parking ratio, Transwestern said.

The site sits near the DART Silver Line, a public commuter rail line scheduled to open next year offering services between CityLine and DFW International Airport
