Las Colinas’ newest entertainment destination is officially sold out. Ethos Group signed a deal with The Irving Music Factory, leasing the remaining 100k SF of mixed-use space to the private firm. The company says the new Irving HQ will help bring in and retain top talent, according to the Dallas Business Journal.
The $173M entertainment complex is scheduled to open next year and will feature a concert hall, restaurants, movies and nighttime entertainment. JLL’s Andy Leatherman and Brad Selner negotiated the lease. [DBJ]
