New Development In Frisco's Star Corporate Center Is Now 100% Leased.

A 160K SF development inside the Star Corporate Center in Frisco is 100% leased with the building now home to two national credit tenants and the headquarters for PowerSecure Lighting.

PowerSecure Lighting nabbed 75K SF inside the facility, which broke ground in January 2018. A provider of LED lighting products, PowerSecure will serve as the site’s anchor tenant.

The building sits inside the 216-acre master-planned business park known as Star Corporate Center, formerly Frisco Park 25.

The facility was developed by Cabot PropertiesStream Realty Partners’ Bob Hagewood, Cannon Green and Steve Riordan co-managed development of the property and oversee all leasing and management.

“Being able to fully lease a space such as this in less than a year is a real testament to the team’s ability to anticipate demand for space with such close proximity to a high growth area with limited supply of industrial real estate.”
