Chicago Other

C&W had all 4 disciplines represented at the 2014 Chicago Marathon last weekend with Matt Winn (retail) from Atlanta, Pat Devine (office) from Phoenix, Martin Hansberry (multifamily) and Valorie Nash (industrial) both repping the Chicago office. “We had a great time running 26.2 miles to benefit Team in Training, raising over $23,000 for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Our very own Pat Devine was one of the top 10 fundraisers nationwide for the marathon!” Valorie tells us. After the race, team C&W celebrated at Scout with friends, family, and colleagues.

Here are runners outside C&W’s Chicago office at 200 S Wacker. Martin tells us he’s working on multifamily sales across the Midwest. He completed his first long run (18 miles) along the lake shore in Chicago and the other while on vacation in San Francisco around Golden Gate Park (18 miles). Oddly enough, on race day he hit a wall at mile 18 where he was on track to run a 3:40, but after struggling from miles 18-23 he ended up finishing 4:40. After the race Martin was off to Omaha, NE, where his friend is recovering from lymphoma. (He's also hoping to get a little business done with his partners in the Omaha office during his visit)
