Groupon co-founder Brad Keywell is the new owner of a West Loop office building. Keywell paid $7.2M for 1130 W Monroe, providing a healthy ROI for R2 Cos, which paid $3.8M for the building in 2013.

The fully occupied building benefited from nearly $2M in improvements in recent years and boasts tenants such as online marketing firm Jellyvision. There are opportunities for the Keywell-led venture to raise rents as leases expire, but it's unknown what he'll do with the property, Crain's reports.

Now the CEO of data analytics startup Uptake, Keywell previously bought the Wrigley Building for $33M in 2011. [Crain's]
