John Buck Closes 333 S Wabash In $108M Deal

The John Buck Co completed its acquisition of CNA's HQ at 333 S Wabash, paving the way for Buck to build CNA's new home at 151 N Franklin. Buck is buying the building in a $108M deal.

Buck signed an LOI for "Big Red" last December. CNA will lease its existing offices (nearly 750k SF) until the new building, CNA Center, is delivered in summer 2018.

CNA Center will be 35 stories and contain 820k SF of office space. 333 S Wabash, built in 1972, is 44 stories and encompasses 1.1M SF.
