Landlord Robert Buford’s Planned Property Management purchased the Chicagoan, a 221-unit apartment tower for $104M from Draper & Kramer, Washington-based National Real Estate Advisors and the Wolbach family of Chicago, reveals Crain’s Chicago Business. The building is located in the Gold Coast at 750 N Rush St, and is 37 stories high. This mark’s Buford’s second acquisition in the neighborhood in the past six months. [Crain’s]
