Groundbreaking hasn’t begun on Wanda Vista Tower but the sales of condos for the proposed supertall may soon begin. A newly issued renovation permit approved by the city paves the way for a Wanda Vista condo sales center to open in Coast at Lakeshore East. The 10k SF center will include model kitchen and bathroom models for prospective buyers to view, according to Curbed. The proposed 93-story, $1B project will include 405 units and 169 hotel rooms. If its height is approved by the city, Wanda Vista would be Chicago’s third-tallest skyscraper. [Curbed]
