DLC Strikes Major Twin Cities' Land Deal for Ambitious Mixed-Use Project


Cushman & Wakefield|NorthMarq helped broker a $20M deal for 14 acres in the Twin Cities set to become an ambitious mixed-use development. DLC Residential bought the property near the Shops at West End Development and has earmarked it for a Class-A apartment complex, a 200-room hotel and up to 700k SF of office space. According to Midwest Real Estate News, DLC sold six acres to Excelsior Group for the office development; THP Hospitality will build the hotel on 1.8 acres and DLC will develop two buildings housing 363 apartments and an adjacent, $1M park.
