| Not these four, panelists at CREW Chicago's brownfield event at the East Bank Club: Schiff Hardin partner and former Illinois EPA director Renee Cipriano (moderator), Chicago Southland Economic Development Corp's Reggie Greenwood, V3 Cos' Keith Oswald, and Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives VP of real estate Angie Marks. The takeaway: brownfields are still largely untapped CRE resources in the Chicago area. As sustainable development becomes increasingly important, that's a serious omission. (By the way, Angie also happens to be the project manager for the Pullman Park redevelopment project.) |
