| CBRE's Mark Smith and Mike Graham represented Crossroads Development Partners in the leasing of 23k SF to three new tenants at Woodfield Corners Office Center, 1300 E. Woodfield Rd. in Schaumburg. The tenants are: Ericsson, a new lease for 12k SF, repped by Cushman & Wakefield's Steve Bauer; Stenograph, 9k SF repped by Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler's Steve Kling and Kelly Joyce; and Meadoworks, 2k SF and repped by GC Realty & Development.
