MillerCoors Patricia Crumley
Think you have a unique portfolio of properties to manage? Compare notes with MillerCoors' Patricia Crumley, who spoke at yesterday's CoreNet luncheon. She's taking care of 19.1M SF over 261 buildings, and 7,246 acres. This includes office space, eight breweries, grain elevators, a barley research facility, and a farm hops and barley farm. When Miller and Coors JV'd in 2008, they decided not to house the new HQ in either company's hometown. Now their new HQ at 250 S Wacker keeps expanding—presently four floors (plus a bar).
Newmark Knight Frank's Bob Hess

Bob says private equity firms, which own or control about one-third of American businesses, are growing quickly, but corporations have to stop sitting on their cash for new development to begin.

The new office incorporates an open format with new technology to match the firm's New York and London offices.
