MAN BITES DOG
CBRE’s Brian Reaney, Greg Schlough, and Paul Reaumond joined Studley's Tony Smaniotto

Members of CoreNet explored the anomalies of the new tenant-landlord relationship at their monthly luncheon with this title in our headline. We’re still not sure which one’s the dog. CBRE’s  Brian ReaneyGreg Schlough, and Paul Reaumond joined Studley's Tony Smaniotto  at the event. Tony is working on investment sales in Chicago and DC and looking forward to the MIPIM international real estate conference in France later this month.

US Bank's Don Pafford and Tishman Speyer's Todd Rich speak at CoreNet event

US Bank's Don Pafford and Tishman Speyer's Todd Rich say they're facing more scrutiny as a lender and a landlord than they have in the past. Todd says although Tishman's 12M-SF downtown haven't been immune to the problems of commercial real estate lending and leasing, they still have $2 billion in equity to invest. He says the marketing of Hines' 300 N. LaSalle, the largest building being listed in the US, should be a good barometer of investment sales.
