IFMA HOLDS, FOLDS, WALKS AWAY, RUNS
Applied Ergonomics' Jeffrey Meltzer and Tayco's Rebecca Renwick

At last night's IFMA Shuffle, members visited vendor exhibits to earn poker chips for a game later in the evening. Bisnow earned one by visiting Applied Ergonomics' Jeffrey Meltzer and Tayco's Rebecca Renwick, who showed off their newest lines of furniture and panels. Rebecca says the 70's are coming back (when it comes to furniture) with the new Boss  line of chairs.

InSpec's Eben Smith and Pete Nottleson

Also on the professional circuit, InSpec's Eben Smith  and  Pete Nottleson. InSpec consults on building exteriors and has recently seen many companies looking to do infrared scans  of their walls to determine where they're losing heat. While this has always been popular for roofs, it's just started to become common for walls, Pete says. They're also working on rooftop gardens throughout the Chicago area. Some of the biggest buildings they've consulted on are located on the U of C  and UIC  campuses.
