Highland = High-Water Mark

| The 251k-SF, eight-story office building is 100% leased to DeVry andDover. It was sold to Cornerstone Realty Advisors for an undisclosed sum. Opus Development Corp's Dave Everson repped Opus. Tom says the transaction represents a strong interest on the equity side for well-leased Class-A buildings in the 'burbs. Highland Landmark V is just off of I-88 near Highland Avenue in Downers Grove. The Highland campus is comprised of 1.3M SF of office. |
