Harlem Ave. in Norridge, which included using a helicopter to install a new HVAC system at 5 a.m. Englewood Construction is working on an open store renovation at an Express. Half of the 13k SF store will remain open to the public over the five-month renovation, says Englewood's William Di Santo. (Gives new meaning to an everything half-off sale.) Slated for completion this August, Englewood will employ 15 contractors. The store's design is directed by Shremshock Architects. |
