Tech company Kronos inked a lease for 435k SF at Cross Point in Lowell, which will be the company's new HQ. That's actually more SF than originally planned, according to Kronos chief procurement officer Vince Devlin, making this one of the largest office lease relocation deals in greater Boston in the past 10 years. The $40M build-out will begin in June.

As one of Massachusetts’ largest employers, Vince says the company wants to continue to leverage the region’s remarkable pool of talent. "Our new CrossPoint headquarters will be a facility befitting of Kronos and our workplace culture.” CrossPoint is comprised of three towers (one of which will be Kronos Tower), at the intersection of I-495 and Route 3.

Cushman & Wakefield’s John Boyle, Joe Fallon, Michael Dalton and Debbie Howerton repped Kronos. Anchor Line Partners managing director Andrew Maher, along with CBRE/New England’s Mark Reardon, repped ownership, Anchor Line Partners and Farallon Capital Management.
