The Boston Consulting Group is planning to consolidate 146k SF from the One Beacon building and the company's HQ at the Exchange Place in Downtown Boston to 202k SF to the seventh through 13th floors of Tishman Speyer's Pier 4 project.

The company expects to move about 700 employees to the new location by June '18, reports the Boston Business Journal. BCG will thus be the anchor tenant of the development, occupying more than half its space. All together Pier 4 will total 370k SF.

Transwestern RBJ's Michael Joyce and John Barry repped BCG, while Tishman Speyer's Sam Schaefer and Brooks Brown repped ownership. [BBJ]
