Sledgehammers Break Ground On Massive Mixed-Use Bulfinch Crossing

Placeholder

Ground broke yesterday at Bulfinch Crossing, one of the largest mixed-use development projects ever permitted in Boston. The 2.9M SF project includes six new buildings: three towers surrounding a one-acre green rooftop terrace and three mid-rise buildings encompassing a new net-zero public plaza. A large portion of the existing garage will remain, but will be wrapped by the new buildings.

On hand to swing sledgehammers were The HYM Investment Group partner Paul Crisalli; National Real Estate Advisors director of portfolio and asset management Daniel Butler; National managing director of investments Kevin Verdi; Massachusetts Rep. Jay Livingstone; Mayor Martin Walsh; The HYM Investment Group founding partner Thomas O’Brien; National CEO Jeffrey Kanne; and Douglas Manz, director of development at The HYM Investment Group, and a speaker at Bisnow's recent Future of Downtown Boston event.
