| We made sure to snap Nutter McClennen & Fish?s Marianne Ajemian, with colleague Bob Fishman, after a session at last week?s ULI Summit. As an attorney who represents major lenders, institutional owners, and investors in commercial property, she spent a lot of time at the all-day round table on buying/selling distressed assets and debt. She says it helped her understand how lenders and investors are handling these situations and expects ?we still have a long way to go in this arena.? On a more individual level, she closed two construction loans for two buildings at DC?s Constitution Square in NOMA including a mixed-use project now being built. |
