New Boston Funds sale of Windshire Terrace, a 226-unit apartment community in Middletown, Conn. toFairfield Residential, announced Monday, shows that residential real estate is still attractive to investors seeking yield, says NBF executive chairman Jim Rappaport. But overall, some micro markets are flourishing while the macro economy lacks capital and is in malaise, adds Jim, who hasnt found Boston value-add CRE opportunities in four years and will continue selling this year.
