Elizabeth Sherwood Krol, National Client Manager for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) and previously Principal for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), and Client Program Manager and NE Due Diligence Manager for CB&I/Shaw Environmental, Inc., provides comprehensive transactional support services for real estate owners, operators, investors and developers, as well as environmental and real estate attorneys and financial service companies nationwide. Ms. Krol’s specialty is providing high quality, responsive environmental and physical due diligence services for complex transactions, including ASTM 1527-13 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), ASTM 2018 Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and sustainable/green PCAs, energy audits, regulatory compliance audits, and hazardous materials surveys (e.g., Mold, IAQ, ACM, LBP, PCBs in caulk), for single and multi-site portfolios of commercial properties, including commercial/retail, office towers, flex/industrial, multi-family housing, brownfields and undeveloped parcels.
Elizabeth recently received the CREW Network's inaugural award for the Top 20 Under 40 professionals in commercial real estate nationwide. Elizabeth is an active member of CREW Boston, successor to NEWiRE, New England's leading network of professional women working in commercial real estate. In addition, Elizabeth is active in the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and New England Women in Energy & the Environment (NEWIEE), and was previously President of the Executive Board of commonground, the online due diligence community. Elizabeth is a Professional Geologist (PG), ASTM Environmental Professional (EP), and earned her MBA from Suffolk University and master’s degree in Geological Sciences from Lehigh University, and BA in Geology from Colgate University.
