We know you're probably sick of hearing about BRAC by now, so here's a treat: a new sizeable lease that has nothing to do with the government.
Agrium Advanced Technologies, a leading agricultural technology (fertilizer) supplier, leased 26k SF at RREEF?s 8965 Yellow Brick Rd in Rosedale on Wednesday. Jarred Testa, who helped rep both the tenant and landlord, says Agrium liked the building's access to the Beltway and RREEF?s ability to deliver buildout in a timely fashion. The move includes about 8k SF of expansion space, with no word yet on how many employees they'll bring with them. The deal took about five months, and they'll be making some minor improvements to the space. We doubt they mean the lawn, since it's the greenest one we've seen (though isn't that to be expected?).
