Austin Shopping Center Gets New Name And Funky New Tenants

Placeholder

Highland Village, a 120k SF shopping center at 6929 Airport Blvd in Austin, will be renamed the Crescent and receive extensive capital improvements, including parking lot upgrades, a new pylon sign and monument and directional signage, and new landscaping.

Owner Misuma Holdings hopes to have a thoughtful mix of tenants that offers new and different experiences for Austinites.

Supermarket chain 99 Ranch Market will anchor the project, opening its first Austin location at the Crescent in early 2017.

Kula Revolving Sushi Bar will open its first US store at the project. The restaurant has over 360 stores in Japan and serves customers via an interactive conveyor belt system (you can see how it works in the photo above).

CBRE’s Eric DeJernett and John Heffington are the exclusive leasing advisers. CBRE also manages the property.
