Travis Commercial Real Estate Services was selected by Weston Urban and KDC to handle leasing for the new Frost Tower—the first new high-rise office building added to the San Antonio skyline in 30 years. Frost Bank will occupy about 250k SF in the lower section of the 400k SF tower. The remaining floors will be available.

Travis Commercial principals Chuck King and Lisa Mittel, along with senior associate Meredith Sheeder, will lead the marketing and leasing efforts for the tower's office portion. The retail space will be leased by Reata Real Estate Services’ Don Thomas and Price Onken.

The building site at 110 W Houston is currently occupied by Frost Bank’s motor bank facility. The tower is in the preliminary stages of design by Pelli Clarke Pelli. (Pictured is a conceptual rendering.) Groundbreaking is planned for late summer 2016 with anticipated completion in late 2018 or early 2019.
