Jackson Square Properties made its first Class-A purchase in the Austin area, picking up a 376-unit luxury multihousing community known as Broadstone 8 One Hundred. The community is near Apple’s corporate campus as well as offices of eBay, Google, Visa and 3M.

Broadstone 8 One Hundred, built in 2015 on 17 acres, offers top-of-the-line amenities, including a pool complete with a tanning ledge, an outdoor kitchen with gas grills, a bocce ball court and a hammock green.
